BAND LEADER
Iryna is a founder and director of Ukrainian School Band (USB) that was emerged in response to the aftermath of war, when a wave of Ukrainian children sought refuge in the area. What started as a small group of individuals with a shared cultural background quickly evolved into a thriving musical family. The choir blossomed into a large ensemble, skilfully accompanied by guitars, bass, violin, piano, and, of course, their harmonious voices. Together, they orchestrated uplifting fundraising concerts that reverberated throughout Nottingham and beyond.
